TF Networks and Signalling

Articles that provide data on TF Networks and Signalling on Mouse ES/TS Cells

Chen and co-workers (2008) provide Chip-Seq data for DNA binding of 13 sequence-specific TFs (Nanog, Oct4, STAT3, Smad1, Sox2, Zfx, c-Myc, n-Myc, Klf4, Esrrb, Tcfcp2l1, E2f1, and CTCF) and 2 transcription regulators (p300 and Suz12).

Integration of External Signaling Pathways with the Core Transcriptional Network in Embryonic Stem Cells

Hutchin and co-workers (2013) have used the data from Chen2008 to identify co-motifs:

Co-Motif Discovery Identifies an Esrrb-Sox2-DNA Ternary Complex as a Mediator of Transcriptional Differences Between Mouse Embryonic and Epiblast Stem Cells

Chen2008 data is available as a supplement to the article, also mapped on Mouse Genome by Ensembl (see data on Mouse Regulatory Regions), for example see regulatory region for Nanog

Boyd and co workers (2010) has published the binding sites of Cdx2 protein for mouse intestial cells. Although the cells are not embryonic, Cdx2 binding was detected for almost all members of core ES/TS TF-network. The data was provided as a supplement to the article, however gene identifiers are human.
